We always recommend referring to the T&Cs that are presented with the offer code:

Buy Now Pay Later credit back offer

  • Check the criteria of the offer, typically there are two types:

    • 1) On selected products, details will either have been sent to you or will be displayed online.

    2) Ensure the item(s) / minimum order value is met

  • Entering the correct code will apply the relevant Buy Now Pay Later terms to the order.
  • If you amend or update your basket will need to re-enter your BNPL offer code.
  • The offer can’t be used in conjunction with other offers (entering any other promotion code in checkout will exclude you from this promotion).
  • Your order must be placed online before 23:59:59 on the final day of the promotion.
  • If you return the item(s) and do not continue to meet the offer T&Cs, the credit will be reversed.
  • The credit will be applied to your Very Account approximately 42 days after the promotion end date or the dispatch date, whichever is the later date. Whilst the promotion/offer is live on our website, you will be able to check the offer details, online. And we will send you an email to confirm when your credit has been applied.

  • % discounts, when you apply the code at checkout you will see the discount applied to each eligible item in your basket
  • £s back to payment method used to place the order - discounts are applied in 2 stages, first we will charge you the full cost of your order then apply the value of the benefit to your chosen method of payment. Please note: The credit won’t be applied to your card until the item(s) have been dispatched.

First credit order discount

  • You must have successfully applied for Very Pay
  • This offer is only available when placing your first credit order on your new Very Account
  • If you return your order, you will not be able to use this code again. You will need to speak to our Customer Care team who will be able to manually apply the discount to an eligible replacement order.

Multi Buy / Free Gift

  • If you have bought an item that includes an offer to get a specific item for free. You will need to add the item number of the free item to your basket. The item price will be removed or will show as free as you progress through to checkout
  • You will find details of the item number you need to add to your basket in the product description
